Your Guests
We will arrange for all guests to have a smooth hassle-free check-in and check-out and make sure they know all about the specific details of your property.
We are always on hand and responsive to guest emails, texts or calls, which enables us to deal with any guest queries or issues as they arise.
What will it cost?
Our pricing structure is very clear, we take 18% of bookings plus a small cleaning fee which is dependent on how many guests have stayed. The guests themselves make a large contribution to the cleaning fee and charging one is common practice with Airbnb. Prices are adjusted to incorporate on sites that do not charge a fee.
If you require any extras such as welcome packs these are an additional cost which is mutually agreed.
What will you earn?
Each month we will provide you with a clear, transparent breakdown of any earnings from your properties. You will also be able to see the number of guests, who they were and when they stayed.
Extras
Welcome Pack
If required we can supply guests with a welcome pack to include the basics, bread, milk, tea bags, coffee, butter, jam.
Maintenance
We have access to several local tradesmen and can arrange if required any property maintenance that the property may need.
What if you need to stay?
No problem, it's your property and we can easily block any dates out for your personal use.
